COCONUT
SHRIMP
The Ingredients:
1lb medium - large shrimp
3/4 c coconut milk
(canned, set remaining to side
for later use)
1/2 c sake
1 green onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
1tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp curry
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
Seafood,
either you love it or you don’t. Many are
afraid to even try it, if you are one of those
people maybe you need to start off with something
easy. Like shrimp, and that is exactly what we
have for you this issue.

Dominic Guzman has prepared the perfect recipe,
Coconut Grilled Shrimp. It is so delicious and
very easy to make I am sure you will love it.
The
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients together and let shrimp marinade.
The longer you marinade the more flavorful your
shrimp will be. When done marinading, heat grill
pan on a medium to high heat then place shrimp
on pan and cook until done. (approx. 3 min. on
each side) While cooking shrimp heat the rest
of coconut milk in a sauce pan. Once shrimp are
done serve over a side dish, such as rice noodles
or white rice and pour heated coconut milk on
top. You are done, enjoy!
Tips:
A food processor can be used to make things easier.
Options:
If you do not have a grill pan you can use a saute
pan.
