Last
issue we showed you how to make an awesome salad,
which I hope you all enjoyed. This issue Chef
Bill Hassett of Masterpiece Catering is showing
you how to make the perfect Blender Salsa. If
you are anything like my family then salsa is
a common dish at the dinner table. There are many
variations of salsa depending on which part of
the Latin culture you come from. The salsa Chef
Bill has created is one of the best I’ve
ever tasted. You can use it to accompany a dish
or enjoy it with chips. Because you are making
it yourself you can adjust the heat to your liking.
It is so easy, and so delicious you will find
any excuse to make it. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Recipe

2 Jalapenos or more (if you like it HOT!)
4 Green Onions
1 C. Cilantro
4 C. Tomato Juice
2 Cloves of Garlic
Salt (to taste)
Coarsely chop jalapenos, green onion, cilantro
and garlic.
Add to blender with tomato juice and pulse. Do
not over blend, so the salsa is chunky.
