Many
of you know that Chef Bill Hassett, now owner
of Masterpiece Catering, used to own the Gourmet
Garden. Those who use to frequent the restaurant
must know of his famous Au Gratin Potatoes.
I’m
sure you wish you could have just one more moment
with those specially made spuds. Well you can.
Better yet, you can have as many moments as you
want, because you can make them for yourself anytime
you want. Bill has decided to share with us his
secret to making the best Au Gratin Potatoes in
town.
They are the perfect side dish for the summer
and go well with all your favorite summer grilled
meats. This is the recipe that Bon Appetite wanted,
but couldn’t get! Now here it is, just for
you. Enjoy!
Chef’s
Note: Can substitute 8 oz. of crumbled Goat Cheese
in place of Swiss.
